Jose is the founder and President of L5 Source, a software
development and IT consulting firm focused on high value added
services in project management, IT architecture, business analysis,
process analysis, and data management. We balance risk,
quality and cost through the deployment of resources that combine
vertical industry knowledge, industrial strength quality processes,
and proven technology expertise, allowing you to benefit from
business driven solutions.
L5 Source was formed with the goal of providing companies a
business focused approach to solving their technology problems.
We help you by bringing people who understand your industry,
the value of collaborative relationships, technology capabilities,
and the importance of delivering on our commitments.
Prior to founding L5 Source, Jose held executive level IT
positions in global organizations in the Consumer Packaged Goods,
Telecommunications, Retail and Energy industries.
His expertise includes assessing organizational needs and
developing integrated technology approaches to meet changing
national and international business environments such as M&A,
divestitures, market expansion, turnarounds, and deregulation.
He has worked in Mexico
and the US,
helping companies develop
and deploy large-scale implementations of e-business, Customer
Relationship Management, Supply Chain and Business Intelligence
solutions. He has
developed strategic partnerships with third parties to deliver value
added services to the organizations he has worked for.
His positions at Procter & Gamble, Convergys, Nine West
Group, and Cinergy Corp (now Duke Energy) have allowed these
companies to streamline their supply chains, grow
market share, strengthen customer-supplier relationships and improve
overall efficiency.
Jose has led organizations of over 150 IT professionals with
budget responsibilities and capital projects in excess of $75
million dollars.
Jose is the President Emeritus of the Greater Cincinnati
National Society of Hispanic MBAs (NSHMBA) Chapter.
He serves on the board of directors and as Finance Officer of
the Hispanic Chamber Cincinnati USA (HCCUSA) and is a board and founding
member of the Hispanic IT Executive Council (HITEC), a non-profit
organization for senior Hispanic IT executives whose mission is to
prepare our members to be world-class business and IT leaders.
