Our founder, Jose F. Guerra, spent over 25 years in corporate America working for companies as diverse as Procter & Gamble, Convergys, Nine West Group, and Duke Energy.

The name of our company, L5 Source, represents key ideas and disciplines found in great performing companies* and level 5 CMMI practices**.  Great performing companies stick to their core competencies, listen intently to the market, make decisions based on facts, and gradually build their business through relentless focus on these principles.  Their leaders have been called "Level 5 leaders".
